Hi Reader,

As we celebrate this season of giving, I wanted to share a powerful message from my recent keynote presentation for the Raleigh-Durham Chapter of C-Suite for Christ titled, “Give Your Way to God: Three Steps to a Deeper Connection.”

The foundation of the talk was simple yet transformative: Give First, Give Often, and Do It With Love. These principles reflect not only the true spirit of Christmas but also the essence of how we can live with integrity, align our actions with faith-driven values, and lead lives that inspire others.

1. Give First

God set the ultimate example as the first to give. He doesn’t sit back and wait for permission—He acts with purpose. From the creation of the world to sending Jesus as a symbol of unconditional love and grace, His example reminds us that when we give first, we open doors for deeper relationships, trust, and transformation in every area of our lives.

2. Give Often

God is always giving—whether it’s life, opportunities, or love. Scientists have even found that the universe, which He created, is continually expanding, a testament to His unending generosity. When we give often, we mirror that abundance, creating ripple effects that impact not just our own lives but the lives of those around us.

3. Give With Love

Unlike giving with an agenda, God gives with pure, unconditional love. This principle calls us to act without expecting anything in return, to uplift others from a place of genuine care and compassion. Giving with love transforms not only others but also deepens our connection with ourselves and our purpose.

As we embrace the joy of Christmas and the promise of the new year, let’s live these principles: be a light in your workplace, your community, and your family. In giving selflessly, we reflect the spirit of the season and the example set before us.
