What if self-help is the problem?

Hi Reader,

I have to be honest with you about something. For years, I've been operating in a category that never fully fit.

"Self-help"

The books. The stages. The podcast. The frameworks. All of it got filed under that one little label. And for a long time, I let it.

But here's what I've come to know:

Self-help is incomplete (I know that may ruffle a few feathers).

Not because the tools don't work. Not because the strategies aren't real. But because the premise is false.

The idea that YOU alone are the source of your own transformation? That if you just think better, move faster, optimize harder...you'll finally become who you're supposed to be?

That's not confidence. That's exhaustion with a highlight reel.

Real confidence...the kind that doesn't collapse when life does was never something you could build by yourself. It was something God placed IN you before the world ever got the chance to talk you out of it.

That's not self-help. That's God help.

And that realization changed everything.

So, I made a decision. If I'm going to show up on this platform, it's going to reflect what I really believe. No more hiding it under a category that was never mine.
